Introduction

ERP is a business management software that use by many type of company. This software provide user with a real time view of data and processes. Other than that, ERP also gain real time data from various departments allowing quick and powerful decision making. 

It is usually a suite of integrated applications that a company can use to collect, store, manage and interpret data from many business activities, including:-

  • Product Planning and cost development
  • Manufacturing or service delivery
  • Marketing and sales
  • Inventory management
  • Shipping and payment


ERP use common database that maintain by database management system. This system will track all the resources, material and status of business commitments and it will share data across to various of departments that provide the data. ERP also manage connection to the outside stakeholders.

ERP system run on variety type of computer hardware and network configurations, typically using a databse as an information repository. It makes ERP different from traditional system development.
