ERP Components

Financial Management Component
This is a core component in ERP. This component include budget, cash flow, expenses and tax reporting. It is tightly integrated with another department functionality and generate valuable financial report. Some financial report such as balance sheet, general ledger.

Manufacturing Management
Manage entire supply chain process. It also make manufacturing operation more efficient and simple. The manufacturing component contain number of manufacturing methods, so that the organization can choose the best which fits for them. Some methods such as PDM (Product Data Management), CRP (Capacity Requirement Planning), MRP (Material Requirement Planning), forecasting, MPS (Master Production Schedulling), work-order management and shop-floor control.

Human Resource Component
A Sub modules in this component can include payroll, performance management, time tracking, benefits, compensation and workforce planning. Self-service tools that allow managers and employees to enter time and attendance, choose benefits and manage PTO(Paid Time Off) are available in many ERP solutions. This make human resources employee can manage information quickly and effectively, and other employees can has an easy access to job function.


Supply Chain Management
Supply Chain Management is the monitor the materials, information and finance because it move in process from supplier to manufacturer to retail and lastly to customer. This management involves coordinating and integrating the flow in and between company.

Customer Relationship Management
The Customer Relationship Management is a way to improve customer service by pulling together tool to fulfill customer need. Another important of this component is a service management which is can complete the customer-service agents with script to talk to customer and give power to customer to return the product and search a knowledge base of support information.
